About the Baker


I'm just a girl with a sweet tooth. I'm obsessed with chocolate, enthralled by sugar and, every once in awhile, I even cook real food. It all gets washed down with coffee (and the occasional beer!)

Because I believe that happy eaters make happy people and that food and coffee should be enjoyed with abandon. Have that second cup. It should be that good. 

And no meal is complete without dessert. When I'm not in the kitchen, I'm roasting batches of coffee and pulling espresso shots for Pink Elephant Coffee Roasters. We're a Park City coffee roaster with a coffee shop on Main Street.
